CANCELATION POLICY

Please contact the office by phone at 225-571-1231 or email mmackie@brscllc.com to cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

For insurance exams ONLY if you are more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment you will be rescheduled. If you are a no show for a mobile exam your next appointment will have to be set in office. After 2 rescheduled appointments you will have to schedule for an in-office appointment.
