Missy was WONDERFUL! I don't know where you found her but I get the feeling you're not going to let her get away anytime soon. She was so nice, on time, professional, informative, funny, personable, knowledgeable she really made it a pleasant experience (as pleasant as giving blood on a Tuesday morning can be).
