10/10. I love Melisa. She was early to the appt. Literally so nice. Came prepared with everything. I told her I was so nervous to get blood taken, but it was so quick I barely felt it, and she made sure I was okay. The whole thing took about 15 mins super easy.

Missy was WONDERFUL! I don't know where you found her but I get the feeling you're not going to let her get away anytime soon. She was so nice, on time, professional, informative, funny, personable, knowledgeable she really made it a pleasant experience (as pleasant as giving blood on a Tuesday morning can be).
